Automated Wire Transfer Solution
CUTEK has developed a wire transfer form that automates the whole process. Simply fill out the form electronically and the Symitar Episys™ system kicks into gear forwarding the transfer data from the teller to the credit union's manager and to the accounting department. When the process is complete, funds are electronically and securely transferred and built-in, while wire transfer fees are automatically processed by the credit union. The form is also tied into OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) to check and confirm that the recipient and sender's information is not restricted. Prior to CUTEK's "wired" process, credit unions had to conduct a separate OFAC check, then proceed with the wire transfer. Now the process is integrated, seamless, and quick. E-Alerts System
E-Alerts System (Aviso EAS) provides your members with real-time email notification of transaction events. Through our seamless web-server integration, members can define e-Alerts for their own specific needs. They can choose the information they want contained in the email, provide more than one email address for specific types of transaction alerts, and more. For example, members can be notified at their business email address when their checking account balance falls below $100 and on their email-enabled wireless device when it falls below $20. Further, to expand on the "Green" initiative, members can opt for their notices and/or receipts to be sent electronically to them by email rather than receiving a paper copy. Bulk Transaction Interface
Through Symitar's versatile SymForm application, CUTEK has developed a Bulk Transaction Interface that allows users to make multiple transactions between different accounts, such as loan payments, share deposits, and others. CUTEK's bulk transaction interface works by allowing users to look up their accounts and perform multiple transactions between different accounts. ID Verification System
ID Verification System (Prova IVS) allows a credit union to know whether or not a member has an ID archived in the credit union's system. If so, the teller can ID the member immediately, greatly reducing any chance of fraud and providing more efficient service. If not, then the system prompts the teller to scan the member's ID at that time, completing the task in seconds. As a result, this solution allows for instant member recognition with a photo ID onscreen at the teller line.
